A small house, founded in 1968, that buys, sells, and stewards exceptional residences across Barcelona, the Maresme, and the Costa Brava.

We work quietly, on a small number of mandates each year. Our clients arrive through introduction, and they remain because we tell them — gently, and on principle — when a building is wrong, when a price is wrong, when the moment is wrong.

How we work.

We work for the buyer.

Most agencies are paid by the seller, and most agencies act accordingly. Our principal work is for the buyer, on a fee basis. The interests are simpler that way.

Off-market is our market.

Roughly seventy per cent of our annual transactions are concluded without a public listing. Forty-five years of relationships across the city's owners, architects, and notarial offices is, in this work, the only durable advantage.

Time is the test of a property.

We will tell you when a building is wrong, when a price is wrong, when a moment is wrong. We are paid to be useful, not to be agreeable. We expect the same of our clients.
