Duplex in Sant Gervasi

The lower floor of the duplex is given to the public rooms — a generous living and dining room, the kitchen with a small breakfast area, and a guest bath. The upper floor contains four bedrooms (one currently a study) and two further baths.

The 2020 renovation by Estudi Plantada was warm rather than radical: oak floors, hand-glazed tiles, a working fireplace, and curtains where curtains belong. There are two small terraces — north for breakfast, south for the late afternoon — and one parking space and one storeroom in the building.

The street is among the quietest in Sant Gervasi, and the schools, shops, and restaurants of the quarter are all within an easy walk.
